El Catrin is more than just a restaurant, it's a celebration of the vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions of Mexico. The name itself is a nod to the Lotería card El Catrin, and Federico Guillen's goal was to create a space that celebrated his heritage and brought those flavors to San Antonio.
